A little bit of information about Point of Sale.

The retail genre is tried and true, especially for online comics. In fact, it may even be a little overplayed--akin to the comics that focus entirely on video gaming and commentary upon it. Not to say this is a bad thing, but it's come to be expected and it isn't entirely often that something completely off the wall shows up and takes you by surprise.

So why do something that's already out there, especially related to retail? Well, I must admit to being not much of a video gamer, I mean, don't get me wrong I enjoy getting my game on, I just don't know enough about the industry to make any commentary on it. I also don't intend to start that any time soon, either. However, retail is definitely something I can talk about with a certain level of authority; it has eaten up the past five years or so of my life, and perhaps a few more. College education can bring a hefty price.

I've had probably five comic project ideas, none of which seemed to get anywhere for multiple reasons. Never did they focus on retail, and it is only now that I've hit this sort of "enlightenment" and realized that this is an untapped source of creativity for me. And, indeed, it has been. I ended up with 80 scripts already planned out within a week and a half and decided to go through with putting it online.

So what is my goal with this comic? Well, nothing beyond showing it to my friends. If it gets popular, that's fantastic, but it's really meant to be a creative outlet for me (I always feel I need one) and for something that my friends can laugh at. However, if you're reading this and you love the comic, I'm really happy to hear that and I hope you continue to enjoy it. Tell your friends, if you'd like, or keep it to yourself. I don't mind, as long as I'm making people laugh!

Please enjoy the comic! Thank you for taking the time to read this.
